The Society has one main meeting annually which is held jointly with the AMFB. These meetings take place over a long weekend normally at the end of September. The meetings alternate between France and the UK but are always held in an area of cultural and gastronomic interest to allow for a full and fun social programme as well as the scientific programme.
Please see the links for an overview of some of our previous meetings.
Partners are welcomed at these events and a separate social programme is organised, for these not medically minded, during the scientific presentations.
There is also an annual meeting, usually in February, held in Chamonix.
The Northern regional meeting is held in May in Manchester.
There are reduced rates to attend for medical students and for junior doctors.
We are always open for more people to present – please see the Presentation page for more information.
